If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement, repair credit, or refund.
If an item differs materially from its listing description, reach out within 5 days of delivery and we'll review the listing and your claim.
Because of the collectible, consumable, and often vintage nature of pipes, tobacco, and related goods, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, and used tobacco products cannot be returned once received. Winning bids are a binding commitment to purchase.
